Since 2020, I've led design at Zing Coach across onboarding, workouts, AI coaching, retention, research, systems, and mobile growth, helping scale the product to 2.2M downloads.

Month-1 retention runs at 40–55%. Behind that are 100+ research studies, an onboarding experience rebuilt around one habit insight, and the discipline to say no to a hundred features in favor of the few decisions that actually move the product.
